A focused, one-week diagnostic that identifies where trust, clarity, or confidence is breaking down in your product—and what to fix first.


When to Use This

Something isn’t clicking. Users sign up but don’t activate. An AI feature performs well in testing but gets ignored in production. Engagement is flat and nobody can explain why.

You need a sharp, experienced eye on the problem. You need someone who’s seen these patterns before and can tell you where to focus.


How it Works

You share (Day 1)

  • Product analytics and activation/engagement data

  • Your onboarding or first-use flow

  • 3–5 recorded user sessions (or screen recordings of the experience)

  • Any existing research, support tickets, or qualitative data you have

I review and diagnose (Days 2–5)

I analyze everything through the lens of trust, interpretation, and adoption. This is the layer where most products actually stall. I’m looking for where clarity breaks down, where expectations misalign, and where users lose confidence in the system.

You receive (Day 5–7)

  • A written diagnostic (typically 4–6 pages) identifying the core adoption friction points

  • 3–5 prioritized recommendations your team can act on immediately

  • A 30-minute walkthrough call where we discuss findings and next steps


What This Isn’t

This is not a full research engagement. I won’t be running new user interviews or longitudinal studies. The audit works with what you already have and applies experienced pattern recognition to surface what your team may be too close to see.

If the audit reveals a deeper problem that requires primary research, I’ll tell you that and we can discuss next steps.
